George William “Trey” Hoobler began his professional career in international industrial real estate, working across global markets including Mexico City, London, Madrid, Barcelona, and Dallas. His global perspective later led him to a position at a leading geopolitical think tank at Florida State University, where he also earned a master’s degree.

Trey is a seasoned political strategist, advisor, and fundraiser with experience supporting candidates at the local, state, and federal levels. Most recently, he co-founded an AI-driven supply chain intelligence company that sits at the intersection of predictive analytics, big data, and geopolitics.

Trey brings a global lens, deep strategic insight, and a strong civic spirit to the Project Texas Board of Directors.
